Here i’ll post my design projects i made at my spare time if i could.
This could count as a portfolio, as usually they also show projects by the person who made them.
I’ll probably update this if i made a new design project and i feel to post it here.
2D Designs
A Tetris mockup i made in Illustrator, took a while to make, especially the clipping masks for the background.
(its marathon in multiplayer, i know it’s weird but i just want to “keep it that way”.)
The same in singleplayer mode.
I forgot about the shape builder tool at this current project.
A cursor theme i made in Inkscape, and using the RealWorld Cursor Editor for converting or adjusting the vector results into a cursor file.
This design project is old, it’s made around a year ago. I lost the original modified dates while i was moving the files into another computer. It’s probably made around the month of December IIRC. But at least it’s still somewhat complete.
You can read a detailed explanation of this cursor theme here.
3D Designs
A simple laptop model i made around ~2 days, made this so i could learn the app i use to make the model, Blender.
(does this still count as graphic design?)
A 3D model of a bedroom made in Blender as my second project. Adding an entire description of this image would probably be left in another post instead, as this seems to be an entire “leap of detail” from my previous one.
A 3D model of a generic vintage computer desk. I’ve learnt quite much while making this while thing, as this one took a quite amount of time to make itself. I chose to make a CRT monitor as it’s large shape makes it more challenging to make, even though it’s still looks simplistic in the result.
It’s also the first time i made the keycaps accurate to the generic QWERTY keyboard layout, compared to the first one, which is obvious after all. But despite all of that i still haven’t added key labels on them.
An short render of a gaming keyboard, following this tutorial. No wonder why just 5-10 seconds of footage could be so long just to render.
The difference from the render i made from the video is that i did not use the Cycles renderer, hence why there’s no glow effect in the keyboard. I haven’t tried to render it on cycles yet, so i can’t tell if the glow effect worked. And also the keyboard layout being small.
(Despite the video, i did not render this on a PC.)
